A VanderVeer medical professional will take your blood—much like when you get a standard blood test—and we will utilize that blood sample to separate out your platelets. Hair Restoration with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP)
Hair loss can be hard to deal with, but thanks to recent medical advancements, there are now ways to treat it without invasive medical procedures. At VanderVeer Center, we use the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) method to promote hair growth and slow down hair loss. This technique utilizes a rejuvenating serum made from a patient’s own blood that is injected into the area of hair loss to stimulate growth.
