Restylane®

Restylane® is a premier wrinkle filler because it is a safe, temporary, non-animal form of hyaluronic acid gel, a naturally occurring substance that binds water to cells. Restylane® is injected to fill out creases and lines. It is not to be confused with BOTOX®, but they work brilliantly together as a team. BOTOX® reduces lines by relaxing the muscles and Restylane® fills remaining lines by adding volume.

The most common areas to have done are lips, nasal labial folds, smile lines and drooping corners of the mouth. But Restylane® is also used to add volume to cheeks, to brows, to the hollows under eyes and even to the backs of hands. It plumps and smoothes tissues instantly, giving a more youthful appearance to the treated areas.

Restylane® is an FDA-approved, pure, biosynthetically produced substance with an excellent safety profile. It is composed of non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid.
